Future teacher material
This is audio from a practice session I had with my friend Ashe and his friend ChaToyya the night before my Teach for America interview. I had practiced my lesson by myself at the laundromat while I was waiting on my clothes, but this was the first time I had practiced it in front of people. I was really nervous and stressed. Ashe made me feel a million times better, though, and the next morning, I was so confidant about my lesson that I even volunteered to go first. And I killed it, dude! People loved my lesson!
I want to use the same lesson for Texas Teaching Fellows, but redo the poster. Not only is this one completely beat up now, but I want to use color photos to help the poster pop a bit more.
The sound quality sucks, but I never thought I'd post it anywhere. I was just using my little digital voice recorder so that I could critique my lesson later. After my TFA interview, I just couldn't delete it. I love listening to it. It makes me laugh every time. I heart my friend Ashe!
